How are the Goodfellows and Grandpals matched?
Your Goodfellows are young, educated graduates from different backgrounds, who have been vetted for empathy using psychometric tests and background verification checks. We employ a stringent process to get to know the intent and personality of each Goodfellow.

We do our best to match Goodfellows with their Grandpals keeping in mind interests, backgrounds, and comfort. We will be in constant touch with you to ensure you are at ease and happy.

Why is this a paid service?
Your first few sessions with a Goodfellow is entirely free. If you are happy, you can continue with a paid subscription. If you do not wish to continue, there will be no money charged.

Your Goodfellows have been vetted for empathy and have an affinity towards elderlies, but like any other graduate, they would like to feel secure about their finances and do their best for you. To give them dignified, respectable salaries for their time invested is a paid service. This also ensures their longstanding association with us in order to fulfill an enduring companionship with you.

How is the safety of senior citizens assured in this?
In order to ensure the safety of our Grandpals, the candidates have to go through 3 levels of personal interviews, they need to fill out an in-house psychometric test, and they go through police checks and third-party agency checks. Also, the candidate is kept on a probation period for a month.

Are the Grandpals also checked for the safety of the young companions?
Of course! Safety from both ends is extremely important. The seniors are met by the members of the core team to assess them along with basic background checks. Also, the Goodfellows have the right to exit immediately if they feel any kind of discomfort.

On what basis do you select the Goodfellows?
While we are in the process of selecting a Goodfellow, we check if an individual has answered the questions from his/her heart, how authentic are the answers, and if they have an affinity towards the elderly.

Are Goodfellows paid, employees?
Yes, in order to respect the time that the Goodfellows are investing while visiting the seniors and to give them financial security, they are given industry-level salaries so that they can give their full attention to the seniors.
